Membership Terms & Conditions

Company: Five D Consultancy – FZCO

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

1. Membership Access and Duration

Grants access to proprietary digital content, including the Deal Maker Roadmap, industry reports, training sessions, and member portals. Membership begins upon receipt of payment and continues for either 6 or 12 months, depending on the Membership plan purchased. Confirmation of duration and payment will be issued via email upon enrolment.

2. Fees and Payment

Members using finance or instalment options are responsible for the terms and conditions set by their chosen payment provider and remain liable for the full Membership Fee.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, no refunds will be issued once the digital product is downloaded, accessed, or delivered, unless proven to be defective or undelivered.

By logging into the 5D Program platform or accessing any program material (including videos, guides, or trainings), the Member explicitly waives any right to withdraw from the purchase, including under any international cooling-off or cancellation periods.

This waiver is effective immediately upon first login or access. If no content has been accessed and you wish to cancel within 14 days, a written request must be submitted to [email protected]. The Company reserves the right to deny the request if access has already occurred.

4. Membership Includes

Access to the 5D Xchange platform, replay libraries, and networking events. One-on-one sessions with the team are not included unless explicitly purchased under a separate agreement.

5. Code of Conduct

All Members are expected to interact respectfully. Abusive, aggressive, or unethical conduct toward staff or members may lead to termination of Membership without refund.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

All Membership content is intellectual property of Five D Consultancy – FZCO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any material. A limited, personal license is granted for educational use only.

7. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for protecting their login credentials. Sharing logins or unauthorised access will result in suspension or termination.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Dubai Courts.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This program offers education, not legal or financial advice. Participation in the program does not guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for your own business decisions. Five D Consultancy – FZCO disclaims liability for any indirect loss, including but not limited to, missed income or failed transactions.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, lockdowns, internet outages).

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time with appropriate notice to Members. Continued use of services after an update implies acceptance.

13. Non-Transferability

Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned without prior written permission from Five D Consultancy – FZCO.

14. Entire Agreement

This document supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and represents the complete understanding between the Member and Five D Consultancy – FZCO.

By completing payment and accessing the Membership platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions under UAE law.
